About Elizabeth Flaherty

I am a 2024 Graduate and the first student at the University of Connecticut to obtain a dual degree consisting of a BA in Music and a BA in Digital Media and Design. Leadership and innovation are qualities I employ in my academic and work life. This excellence translates to my fluency in Adobe, Google, and Microsoft suites as well as Cannon, Sony, and Nikon camera systems. I am also familiar with MuseScore and Pro Tools with the goal of learning Logic Pro. Regarding creative skills, insight and intuition developed during my education make me an artist who produces inspiring and unifying works. Though efficiency and excellence are important in getting a job done, it is important to appeal to the human side of a project. This is what unifies a diverse audience and empowers individuals to enact on the world in a positive way. As someone who has a passion for life, my goal is to create works that share powerful, tangible emotions through film, compositions, and vocal performances. In this way, I can share my love of life with others and incite joy and curiosity in humanity.
