I am the Global Personal Shopping Affiliate Manager for NET-A-PORTER & MR PORTER. In my role I oversee the Personal Shopping Affiliate Program with general day-to-day running, as well as developments and projects. I manage a team who look after our Personal Shopping Affiliates and their account management. I have worked at YNAP for 10 years, starting as an intern in the studio, before working as a coordinator of stock for upload, styling and editorial. I moved into the Personal Shopping team, working as the team administrator and then as a Personal Shopper. I transitioned into the Manager role with a focus to expand, develop, and progress the successful Personal Shopping Affiliate Program, globally, across our in-season brands, NET-A-PORTER & MR PORTER, using my extensive experience and exposure within this remit. I have solid and adept experience with luxury fashion and the customer who buys it. I understand the world of private styling and how e-commerce fits within it, providing a service to support and set up for success. As a leader, I am a natural collaborator, often working with and utilising business-wide stakeholders, to strive for quality and value. I am a coach, who is used to working with high-performing teams and managing high performing individuals, strengthening team dynamics to hit sales targets and develop individuals and their skillsets. I excel in building relationships and forming a strong rapport, both in an internal and external context, with customer service skills collected from my 15 years of customer-facing experience. I am self-motivated, results driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment, remaining open-minded to continue to learn from those around me. I am experienced in budget and target management, working with senior managers and finance departments to set and maintain in-line with forecasted sales. I work with legal teams to put together proficient and substantial contracts for affiliations, closely collaborating on the terms and conditions included, and ensuring compliancy with company policies is maintained throughout. I have knowledge and awareness of operations within e-commerce, from product to warehouse, and continue to work with relevant stakeholders to improve processes where necessary, enhancing customer experience and employee efficiency.
