Liz fell in love with the Real Estate industry in 2010 as a summer temp and became an integral part of the day-to-day operations that KSM kept her on full-time as the leasing assistant after her temporary position ended. She eventually took over the marketing duties as well as her leasing duties and in 2016 became a property manager. In 2012 she became a licensed sales associate and was the Tallahassee Board of Realtor's nominee for rookie realtor of the year in both 2012 and 2013. Now, Liz specializes in first-time home buyers. She is great at walking first-time buyers through the process of finding a home, securing financing, negotiating contracts, and finalizing the purchase. Liz has her BA in Accounting with a minor in Finance from Flagler College where she graduated in 2021 Magna Cum Laude.
