During her tenure, she guided large-scale transformation projects and spearheaded key global integration efforts. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Accenture, where she managed the PMO for a $30 billion telecom merger, and at Microsoft, where she supported strategic planning and post-merger integration within the Xbox division. Her experience extends across industries such as tech, media, telecom, retail, energy, professional services, and aviation. Elizabeth’s expertise spans M&A due diligence, integration strategy, business process design, and intellectual property management. With extensive global experience working in over 40 countries, she has successfully managed P & Ls up to $45 million and transactions valued at $40 billion. A former expatriate in Paris, she developed new business offerings for Deloitte’s French office and collaborated with European colleagues in sectors the luxury goods, pharmaceuticals, and technology sectors Beyond her professional achievements, Elizabeth is a mother, golfer, runner, wake surfer, and enjoys exploring the world through global travel. Elizabeth holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Accounting from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
