If you ask me, it’s magical and it’s my job to protect it! I source, screen, and match talented candidates that fit our values and align with our culture, with the right roles at Venterra. The one thing that truly electrifies me about working in the recruiting industry for almost 8 years is knowing the people I find come to work excited and able to express their true self in their roles! To do this, I work closely with our hiring managers to understand exactly what they need so we can cross the finish line together. To hire our next rock star, I always make myself available and approachable. I use talent pools, pipelines, and communities to engage and build relationships. I’m an advocate for creating a positive candidate experience, and I ALWAYS treat my candidates with compassion, care, and integrity.When I am not recruiting, I enjoy jogging, CrossFit classes, and passionately follow college football.
