With 20+ years of experience in higher ed and health care, I help clients bring out their best—conducting thoughtful research, facilitating focus groups, and engaging in one-on-one interviews with key audiences and stakeholders to understand challenges and tease out what makes cultures and institutions unique. My approach combines emotional intelligence with analytical rigor and creative problem-solving; I design impactful marketing and website strategies that inspire and motivate external audiences, align and reenergize internal teams, and support institutional goals. Catalyst and connector, I’m driven by a commitment to enhance student and alumni engagement, enrollment, and brand affinity. Whether crafting a new brand identity or refining an existing strategy, I work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every element reflects the institution’s personality, mission, and values. I turn insights into action and provide our team with creative fodder, so what shimmers about our clients shows in the work.
