Background

About Elizabeth Maxwell

At the Greater Rochester Parent Leadership Training Institute, my role as Alumni and Mentor Coordinator is anchored in advocacy and engagement, empowering the next generation of parent leaders. Leveraging my Master's in Social and Public Policy, I focus on creating dynamic events and communications that bolster alumni relations and foster mentorship opportunities. With expertise in policy, disability, and student advocacy, I am dedicated to connecting resources and facilitating community education. My commitment is reflected in my work, where I've implemented tools like Bloomerang to enhance our database's efficacy and designed educational materials that will serve as a foundation for years. Through collaboration and empathetic communication, I strive to support the needs of children and families in our community.
