About Elizabeth Powell

I’m a passionate Product Designer who’s strategic about creating inclusive, impactful solutions that balance user needs with business goals. I thrive in dynamic environments where I can lead design teams, spark innovation, and deliver products & designs that make a real difference. My focus is always on crafting user experiences that not only engage and delight but also contribute to the bigger picture. With a solid foundation in UX design and research, I’ve worked in-depth with mixed reality, game design, and product development. AI is something I’m particularly excited about, and I love exploring how it can push the boundaries of design to create smarter, more personalized experiences for all of us.Throughout my journey in start-ups, volunteer organizations, student-run groups, and more, I’ve built strong leadership and collaboration skills. I believe in empowering teams through open communication, agile workflows, and data-driven decisions, all while ensuring our designs solve real problems and align with business goals. Every project I take on is an opportunity to make an impact—and I’m always excited to see where the next one takes me!
