I am a highly motivated and committed fund administration professional with experience servicing and managing multiple global clients in the financial services sector. I am experienced in various aspects of running a client relationship including commercial awareness, cross selling, mandate negotiation and project management for on-boarding and transitioning client opportunities. I am dedicated to achieving high service delivery standards for my client base. I am an experienced people manager, with a proven ability to build strong relationships. This enables me to lead and develop teams to deliver results. My background is in Fund Accounting, Derivatives and Asset pricing. This includes experience with UCITS, ETF’s, Unit trusts, Multi-shareclass fund structures, QIF’s, AIF's, Fund of Funds, Mutual Funds, Structured Products, OTC & ETD Derivatives. I am a strong business professional with a BA (Honours) Degree in Accounting and Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland and a Specialist Certificate in Investment Fund Services from The Institute of Banking. I completed the Prince2 Foundation Certificate in Project Management in Sept 2020.
