As the Americas HR Operations Leader for dentsu, I oversee our HR shared services center, US Immigration and Global Mobility team, and the Americas HRIS (Workday) team. My role centers around driving HR operational efficiency, focusing on process improvement, and strategically moving HR services to a centralized offshore shared services model. With a career that started in supply chain management at Arthur Andersen and IBM, I transitioned into resource management, where I honed my ability to match talent with projects while ensuring optimal utilization and career growth. This foundation in resource management laid the groundwork for my later work in HR transformation, particularly at Merkle as it became part of dentsu. I helped scale and evolve resource management processes and later expanded my expertise to include broader HR transformation initiatives. I’m passionate about continuous process improvement, automation, and AI—always seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency and drive innovation across teams.
