As a Business Relationship Management (BRM) professional, I establish and manage the relationship between Information Technology (IT) and a business in order to increase the value realized from IT assets, investments, and capabilities. Moreover, I make a CIO successful by providing senior-level strategic thinking through shared ownership of both business and IT strategies. I demonstrate expertise to understand business needs, prioritize demand (IT service requests), and ensure IT solutions and services meet customer needs. Furthermore, I am adept to ensure business units understand the technology solution, overall solution delivery, and compliance to governance processes and technology roadmap, etc. Highlights of my achievements include: • Promoted to start the BRM practice from the ground up; part of the team that initiated the company’s IT Leadership Team. • Converged IT functions with Lines of Business (LOB) by stimulating, surfacing and shaping demands to ensure business value. • Implemented SWIFT for FileAct for both domestic and International banks to include ISO, SEPA and MT Messaging. • Integrated Global Treasury Program’s European Line of Business into Corporate ERP system. • Converted company’s existing content management system and global intranet site to SharePoint 2013. • Captured Corporate Business and IT requirements to implement a SharePoint Disaster Recovery site. • Instituted company initiative to convert 15 manual processes to automated processes using Business Process Mapping software. • Oversaw mapping of departmental processes, identified inefficiencies and made improvements producing < 25% productivity. • Established vendor relationships and negotiated 20+ contracts, yielding the procurement of 15+ new applications for company.
