About Elizabeth Seng

I graduated from Penn State Erie, the Behrend College with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I obtained two certificates; one in Crime, Psychology, and Public Policy and one in Trauma Studies. I really enjoy learning about what factors has led a person to be who they are, and applying theory to make sense of it. I am an alumna of Touro University Worldwide and have graduated with a Master of Arts Industrial Organizational Psychology with Summa Cum Laude distinction. My biggest goal in pursuing this career path is to help with employees' wellbeing in the workplace and am seeking experience in administrative positions. I am a firm believer that employees that are taken care of by their leaders and managers is what helps the organization thrive. I hope to aid in changing the view that the bottom line of organizations isn't simply how to make the most money, but that making the most money is the byproduct of a happier and more productive workforce.
