About Elizabeth Speer

Growing up in a family of eight has taught many skills that are useful outside of the family responsibilities. Having both older and younger siblings have taught me the skills that are required for an older and younger sibling. I am able to be authoritative however, I am also able to listen to advice and make good decisions. My family life has shaped me to be hardworking and determined. This is carried on in my college life as I always continue to work hard but also work well. I am inspired to work to the best of my abilities and always strive to do better. My moral standards are important to me and have shaped me in my work life. Because of my high moral standards I work with integrity, determination, and am very reliable. Aside from these, I consider myself to be extremely active. I get the job done and am happy to fix any problems.
