As a Sr. People & Culture Advisor at bp, I create value by offering thoughtful and practical guidance on people matters to the leaders I support. I work with the Trading & Shipping organization, covering Gas & Power and Refining Products businesses. Feedback from clients highlights my calm nature during difficult situations and ability to build relationships quickly. I have in-depth experience with employee relations, reward, talent development, divestitures, and mergers & acquisitions. I've supported the business through large reorganizations and high-profile acquisitions, including bp's largest divestment to date. I hold a Masters in Human Resource Management from Texas A&M University and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Colorado Boulder, with minors in Business and Leadership Studies. I also studied Leading and Managing Across Cultures at Maastricht University. I am passionate about the heartbeat of business - the people - and their potential to achieve business goals through human capability.
