About Elizabeth Stumpf

As a certified health and wellness coach at Karuna Labs, I partner with individuals to help them achieve their best self through neuroscience-based pain management coaching. I apply my knowledge and skills in virtual coaching, portals, and cross-cultural communication to support my clients in finding balance and exceeding their expectations. I also run my own business, Unlock Health and Lifestyle Coaching by Liz Stumpf, where I design and implement strategies for teens and young adults to navigate through their difficult years. I graduated from Health Coach Institute with a certificate in health and wellness in 2021, and obtained my national board certification (NBC-HWC) in 2022. I have a background in dental hygiene, having earned my associate's degree from University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine in 1987. I'm passionate about coaching and improving health outcomes for my clients and patients. When I'm not coaching, I enjoy spending time with my family and playing tennis. If you are curious about what coaching can do for you, feel free to email me to arrange a chat.
