Practiced at handling politically sensitive issues with sound judgement and discretion and providing advice and strategic guidance. Extensive bipartisan network of Member of Congress and House and Senate senior staff. Demonstrated ability to present information orally through small meetings, briefings and presentations. Experienced in the development of print and electronic advocacy materials including social media. Planned, managed and staffed Librarian of Congress trips to Congressional districts for Member co-hosted events. Event planning experience with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. I'm incredibly passionate about my work and the Library of Congress is an amazing institution. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favorite part is the variety of events and requests that I get to handle on a daily basis - no one day is the same! I have a BA from the University of Minnesota - Morris where I triple majored in History, Political Science and Social Studies.
