About Elizabeth Wirth

I am the type of person who immediately rolls up her sleeves and gets to work. In every job I have held I have been promoted rapidly, quickly rising to a management-level position or higher. I pride myself on attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and do quality work even under stressful conditions. I have a keen ability to analyze a situation and see where improvements can be made. However, it is also important to me to be diplomatic and act as a team player. I think that everyone who has worked with me would describe me as someone who works hard to make others feel appreciated and valued. I believe in treating others with kindness and respect and fostering a supportive, positive working atmosphere. I also believe that a sense of humor is vital. I enjoy being artistic and having a creative outlet, whether that means designing content for social media or thinking creatively about how best to attract a donor, launch a fundraising campaign, or put on an event. At the same time, I am happy poring over records, creating databases and reports, and analyzing financial records. I have worked remotely since 2009, and have vast experience working both independently as well as with a group, and have been able to successfully manage a widespread team. I am accustomed to traveling nationally and internationally for work, often spending more than a month at a time in the United Kingdom. I am therefore adaptable, flexible, and self-sufficient. I have excellent time-management skills and pride myself on a job done well and properly-I always try to go above and beyond in my work. Finally, I enjoy learning new things. Research is one of my favorite ways to pass time-if I need to do something I'm not familiar with, I will teach myself. I like to be challenged and my favorite working environments are those in which I can wear a variety of hats.
