With 15+ years of expertise in product management and leadership, I currently serve as the Head of Product at Mitiga Solutions. I lead cross-functional Product, UX, Data Science, and Climate Science teams to deliver innovative solutions, through tools such as EarthScan, that help businesses address climate risk and enhance resilience. My team’s work focuses on empowering clients in infrastructure, energy, and sustainability sectors with actionable insights to safeguard their investments against extreme weather events. Previously, I contributed to impactful ventures, including co-creating Green Business Builds as a Venture Builder at McKinsey & Company and leading product strategy initiatives at Hotjar during its acquisition by Contentsquare. At Spideo, a startup focused on recommender systems, as their VP Product, I led the development of their SaaS platform. I started my career in e-commerce and streaming media at companies such as bol.com, Greetz, Nickelodeon, MTV, and Deezer.I aim to drive human-centric leadership, ethical product management, and radical transparency in technology, while fostering diverse and high-performing teams.
