About Elke Mesotten

I am a Finance Manager with 10 years of working experience in financial accounting, tax and compliance, controlling, audit and business support. I am an analytical, enthusiastic team player, eager to learn and continuously develop myself. My career started at BDO in external audit and continued at Bose, where I have gradually expanded my finance responsibilities by growing from an Assistant Controller to the Accounting and Financial Reporting Manager BELUX. In this management role I have been responsible for local accounting and compliance, while supervising direct reports and participating in local leadership team and works council. The combination of my strive for excellence, in-depth accounting and SAP knowledge and strong partnerships with the business and the GBS Shared Services Center has given me the opportunity to simultaneously lead and/or actively support several European and Global Finance and Business Services projects, bringing world-wide structure, standardization and simplification to Finance processes. My key values throughout my career have been integrity, supportiveness and respect for colleagues and business partners.
