About Elke Wolf

Hi, I’m Elke – a Senior Brand & Digital Designer based in Berlin. I design for mission-driven organisations that want to communicate clearly, act consistently, and build trust through design. I work across brand design, design direction, UX/UI, product design and communication – always with a strategic mindset and a focus on clarity. At PHINEO, I’ve spent the past 12 months: • evolving the corporate design across print, web and social media • developing the full visual identity for the Stiftung Nachhaltigkeit of Stadtsparkasse Düsseldorf • shaping the visual language of the “Viel-Gut-Tour” – from posters to social content • creating new design solutions for our consulting programmes and pitch materials • designing the guide “Vom Purpose zur Wirkung” – from concept to storytelling to final layout • defining flexible design parameters that help non-design teams apply the brand consistently • supporting colleagues in adapting and evolving the visual language in everyday use • leading the visual communication for conferences and public events • improving workflows and design processes across the organisation My background combines brand strategy, editorial thinking and digital tools – and I care about design that helps organisations move forward. Always stay curious. I’m looking for people and projects that explore what design can do – from identity systems to service design, from storytelling to digital transformation.
