About Ella Bartlett

As a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, I completed my Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing. I am passionate about combining my creativity with strategic marketing to drive innovation within the fashion and creative industries. My hands-on experience includes co-founding the first Fashion Business Club at UW-Madison and contributing as a member of the fashion editorial staff for Moda Magazine. I also completed a semester exchange program at Bocconi University in Milan where I had the privilege of living in one of the fashion capitals of the world. Through these experiences, I’ve developed strong leadership skills, curated fashion content, and organized events that connect students with industry leaders. Also, my internship with Silver Leaf Interiors has further honed my ability to create impactful social media strategies and analyze competitor trends. In addition to my academic achievements, I’ve also gained valuable experience as a SDR intern, and brand ambassador. These roles have allowed me to develop a well-rounded skill set in social media management, content creation, and strategic planning, all while contributing to significant business outcomes. I am eager to continue exploring opportunities at the intersection of fashion, marketing, and creative strategy as I build my career.
