About Ella Dreyshner

With over 8 years of experience in disability management and life coaching, I currently hold the position of Lead Disability Management at Northern Health Authority. In this role, I provide guidance and support to leadership, coaching and development for staff, and supports to employees facing disabilities and mental health challenges. I support and coach leaders on best disability management practices and how to support their employees in well being and return to work. I’m a Certified Disability Management Practitioner that is deeply committed to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees, collaborating with leaders, unions, and various stakeholders to implement effective disability management strategies. I am dedicated to expanding my skills and knowledge in the field of disability management and mental health to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others.
