As a Governance & Strategy Director, I am in charge of the strategic development and coordination of the annual Comprehensive Capital Analysis Review (CCAR) for Bank of America Corporation, the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP), and the European Banking Authority (EBA) Stress Tests for legal entities in the UK, France and Ireland. I also oversee the governance framework for the recovery and resolution plans for these entities, ensuring compliance with local and global requirements. In this role, I leverage my skills in governance, leadership, and regulatory risk management to deliver high-quality results, manage stakeholder expectations, and foster a culture of risk awareness and continuous improvement.
