About Ella Graham

I am passionate about urban forestry, community outreach and education, and waste management solutions. Through my role as a GreenCorps member and in my current position as Sustainability Coordinator at the Minneapolis Downtown Improvement District, I've had the opportunity to sustain and even launch programs, including Adopt a Rain Garden and the Elliot Park Neighborhood Canopy project. Before working in the urban forestry and environmental field, I studied English and Mathematics at St. Catherine University, where I was also employed at the O'Neill Center as a Math Tutor. While at St. Kate's, I also had the pleasure of serving as the Women in Math, Science, and Engineering President for two years, where our leadership team planned annual volunteer activities with the Works Museum. I am a curious person and am always looking to learn more about the world around me, through novels, community groups, and volunteer experiences.
