Soy una profesional trilingüe (finés, español e inglés), con un Magíster en Ciencias Sociales y un profundo interés en la sostenibilidad, el desarrollo organizacional y el aprendizaje. Actualmente curso un MBA en Sostenibilidad en Savonia University of Applied Sciences (Finlandia). He tenido la oportunidad de trabajar en proyectos de transformación educativa e institucional en América Latina, especialmente en contextos del sector público, donde he aprendido mucho sobre colaboración, liderazgo y gestión del cambio. Me motiva poder contribuir a un impacto positivo, tanto en las personas como en el entorno. Valoro el trabajo en equipo, la comunicación clara y los procesos que promueven el aprendizaje colectivo. Me interesa seguir desarrollándome en temas relacionados con sostenibilidad, innovación social y cultura organizacional. In English: I am a trilingual professional (Finnish, Spanish, and English) with a Master’s degree in Social Sciences and a deep interest in sustainability, organizational development, and learning. I’m currently pursuing an MBA in Sustainability at Savonia University of Applied Sciences (Finland). I’ve had the opportunity to work on educational and institutional transformation projects in Latin America, especially in public sector contexts, where I’ve learned a lot about collaboration, leadership, and managing change. I’m motivated by the idea of contributing to positive impact—both for people and the environment. I value teamwork, clear communication, and processes that foster shared learning. I’m looking forward to continuing to grow in areas related to sustainability, social innovation, and organizational culture.
