About Ella Huband

I’m an Organisational Development Advisor at Education Partnership North East, where I help create a workplace culture that supports, engages and empowers our people. My role combines project delivery, coaching and collaboration to make meaningful change that benefits both colleagues and the organisation as a whole. I design and deliver wellbeing and engagement campaigns, facilitate workshops and team conversations, and offer one-to-one coaching-style support for managers and colleagues. I also partner with leaders to strengthen communication, build capability and embed a positive, inclusive culture across our campuses. Using insights from our engagement data, including Thrive results, I work with managers throughout the year to identify key themes and turn them into practical actions that improve how people feel and perform at work. Before moving into OD, I worked as a People Advisor supporting managers through employee relations cases and helping shape HR policy and strategy. Earlier in my career, I partnered with brands in the fashion, retail and lifestyle industries to deliver creative HR solutions that strengthened culture and business performance. I am passionate about delivering high-quality HR solutions that enhance the performance and culture of our clients. I have a transparent and optimistic approach to my work, which brings clarity and enlightenment to the projects I work on. I have project managed multiple campaigns under my role at Planning-inc, ensuring timelines are kept and targets are met. I have also utilised faststats to analyse data sets and ensure accuracy of campaigns.
