About Ella Jackson

I am a strategy and business development manager with specialist expertise in diversity, equity and inclusion. I bring proven leadership, strategy and management skills with a strong track record for acquiring and building enduring commercial partnerships. In my current role as Partnerships Manager at Future Women, a for-purpose business awaiting B-Corp certification, I have successfully led a whole-of-organisation approach to nurture and foster critical commercial partnerships. In the last financial year, partners have increased from 15 to 65 organisations. I have delivered key priority-level partnerships in the Jobs Academy program, including Richmond FC, Amazon (AWS), NAB, KPMG, Capgemini and Google. During my academic career, I pioneered a push for structural reform in sexual-assault policy across residential colleges and university structures at the University of Melbourne. The consultation process I facilitated engendered significant culture change, including policy reform, an education program and the introduction of anonymous reporting. In my spare time, I am a greyhound foster carer and a rowing coach, having competed in rowing at the state, national and international level.
