About Ella Kirk

Studying Textile Design has exposed me to the world of Mix Media; an area I wish to specialise within. I love indulging myself into building upon surfaces with different materials to create textures. Various experiences have allowed me enhance my skills in digital print, graphics and manipulation of both fashion and interior garments. Textile design gives me freedom; it allows me to explore numerous dimensions to my creativity and create an end product which is truly satisfying for me. This satisfaction fuels my thirst for knowledge. I take each opportunity as a learning curve; am enthusiastic about a new brief and translate my learning into a new project. Embracing new culture and perspectives on design is also, what I long for; making me want to absorb so much more from the industry.
