I am a motivated and ambitious individual currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce at UNSW, majoring in Cybersecurity Management and International Business. My academic achievements, including recognition as an HSC All-Rounder with an ATAR above 95 and maintaining a distinction WAM (above 80), reflect my dedication to excellence in both my studies and professional pursuits. Professionally, I recently completed a competitive summer internship with Stryker, where I was the only first-year student selected for the Sydney intake. This experience allowed me to develop and demonstrate strong project management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills in a dynamic and high-performing environment. I collaborated on cross-functional projects, gained insights into corporate strategy, and refined my ability to adapt and contribute effectively in a professional setting. Since completing this internship I have continued my employment with Stryker as a HR Coordinator where I now manage new projects and administrative tasks. Additionally, I have gained valuable leadership and management experience in my role as a Step-Up Manager at Best & Less. Leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment has sharpened my ability to oversee operations, meet performance goals, and effectively manage and motivate team members. This role has also enhanced my communication and decision-making skills, as well as my ability to deliver exceptional customer service. I am also a member of the Human Resources Subcommittee for UNSW Capital W, where I support initiatives that empower and inspire young women pursuing careers in business. Through this role, I have further honed my organizational and teamwork capabilities while contributing to meaningful change. I am passionate about embracing new challenges and continually developing my skill set to grow both personally and professionally. With a strong foundation in leadership, adaptability, and collaboration, I am excited to contribute to innovative opportunities in the business and cybersecurity fields.
