About Ella Mason

As Internal Talent Co-ordinator at Sellick Partnership, my primary focus is hiring talented individuals across all areas of the business. I am passionate about bringing in the right people to help us expand, and recruit for our offices nationwide. One of my favorite aspects of the role is leading the onboarding process for new starters. I manage all inductions, serving as the first point of contact for new colleagues, helping to settle any nerves and get to know everyone better, as they enter a new chapter of their career. I then have the pleasure of watching their journey as they settle in and grow within the company! Another key part of my role is ensuring that every new starter has a positive and welcoming experience, I am responsible for each new starter’s first impression of the business. I help to lead our New Starter’s Days, introducing them to Sellick Partnership as a business and talking through the different teams, functions, and initiatives they can be involved in. In addition to my recruitment role, I am an active member of Sellick Partnership’s Wellbeing Team. I’ve been able to spearhead initiatives such as World Wellbeing Week, offering resources and support to foster a positive and healthy workplace. Whether it’s through resources, offering practical advice or simply raising awareness, I am committed to ensuring that our staff’s mental and physical wellbeing is always a priority. My career at Sellick Partnership started as a Recruitment Consultant, before making the transition into an internal talent role which has been a fantastic opportunity to further my career. This move not only provided me with valuable insights into the teams and their needs, enhancing my effectiveness as an internal recruiter, but also demonstrated the company's dedication to investing in and developing their employees. Outside of work, I’m an avid reader with a particular passion for fiction and a keen foodie who enjoys discovering new spots in and around Leeds. Fashion also plays a significant role in my life; after studying Fashion Buying and Merchandising in Manchester, I continue to indulge my love for style through shopping and exploring the latest trends.
