About Ella Maynard

Before university, I spent two years at Reigate College studying Human Biology, Business, and Sociology, where I fell in love with the subject. I find studying any aspect of society fascinating, with this interest extending to anthropology, psychology, and healthcare disciplines. I have a passion for qualitative research and am currently working as a research intern at the qualitative market research agency OXY Insight. In this role, I work closely with Sonia, the research director with 26 years' experience in the industry, who has helped me develop my research skills and gain a greater understanding of the research industry. Beyond my research skills, I have strong interpersonal abilities, a meticulous attention to detail, and collaboration skills. I am actively seeking opportunities to contribute to research initiatives where I can grow my career and contribute to a team seeking to make a meaningful impact.
