Nursing was where Ella began her basic education in health. Afterward, she studied in Europe, advancing into fields of nutrition. Ella was director of the formerly known Health Resources Limited, a Nutritional Counseling Center located in Manheim, PA from 1971-1985. She has a degree in Naturopathy and Homeopathy along with a PhD in Natural Sciences. Ella has obtained numerous certifications in a wide variety of health topics. She continues to attend many seminars each year to keep up with new protocols and technology. Ella has been in the clinical field of nutrition for over 30 years and has served as a nutritional counselor to many in holistic health care.
