I’m a junior business management student at the University of Nevada, Reno, with a drive for making teams work smarter, not harder. With hands-on experience as a Sales and Shift Manager, I’ve learned how to lead with both empathy and efficiency, whether it’s guiding a team to achieve new sales goals or streamlining inventory processes to zero out stockroom deficits. I’m particularly passionate about people management and love exploring how data-driven insights can elevate customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. My role on Hartnell College’s Institutional Resources Council gave me a taste of strategic planning, budgeting, and the power of teamwork, which has only fueled my interest in human resources and organizational development. Currently, I’m honing my skills in inventory management, customer service, and team leadership, and I look forward to exploring business management roles where I can make a tangible impact.
