About Ella Ortenberg

Hi! I’m Ella Ortenberg, and I am a recent graduate from Texas Christian University. I have a Bachelors degree in Psychology along with a general business and child development minor. Throughout my education and work experience, I have developed a strong work ethic. Pairing a psychology major with a business minor incorporates two large interests of mine in hopes of obtaining a career in either path. For the past two years I have been a research assistant in my development cognitive research lab. This has led me to be able to gain experience in quantifying data from surveys that are conducted for psychology research purposes. My time working at three retail businesses gave me the opportunity to understand the behind the scenes work done in retail. I assisted in fulfilling orders, check-in deliveries and shipments, and aided in upkeeping the overall aesthetic and visual merchandising aspect of the stores. In addition, I was able to expand my customer service skills working in fast-paced environments. I have also partook in classes such as Intro to Marketing, Accounting, and others that have educated me further regarding business.
