Implementing robust processes to sustain improvements is core to my experience. At each learning opportunity, I wanted to know more about how things worked and then how they could be improved and more efficient. My career’s foundation is built with a focus on quality assurance which led to continuous improvement and operations management. I receive satisfaction from working in the fast pace of a manufacturing environment because one sees the immediate impact of decisions.
