About Ella Randolph

I am a senior at the University of Arizona pursuing a B.S. in Neuroscience and Cognitive Science with an emphasis in Aging and Development. Alongside my B.S, I am pursuing minors in Emergency Medical Services, Biochemistry, and Chinese language, as well as a certificate in Developmental Disabilities, with aspirations to become a healthcare professional. With aims to work in healthcare and give back to my community, I am currently gaining hands-on experience as an EMT, serving as a shift supervisor and lead field training officer for the University of Arizona Emergency Medical Services. Additionally, driven by interests in neuroscience and neurodiversity, I work as a research assistant in the Memory, Development and Disorders lab and volunteer at the Tucson Children's Clinics with hopes to learn how to provide holistic care and improve accessibility to health resources and education to underserved populations. In the future, I would love to attend Physician Assistant school to become a compassionate, knowledgeable, and mindful provider.
