About Ella Risbridger-Smith

Since April 2024, I’ve been working as a Production Assistant at Perspective Pictures, an East London-based video production company, where I’ve supported a range of commercial shoots and creative projects. As a Film & TV Production graduate, I’ve been actively involved in every phase of the filmmaking process, from pre-production planning to post-production editing. I’m passionate about storytelling and love being part of the creative process—from sourcing locations and managing talent, to designing sets and assisting on set as a runner. My strengths lie in pre-production and creative planning, but I also bring practical experience in filming, editing, and content creation. I’ve studied at the New York Film Academy (Los Angeles, 2018) and attended the New York Times Summer Academy (New York City, 2018), where I deepened my understanding of visual storytelling and film production. I’ve also volunteered as a Digital Content Intern at Habitats and Heritage (Twickenham), where I produced video content and graphics for social media campaigns—gaining valuable experience in branded storytelling and digital content creation. I’m known for being highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn as much as I can. Through multiple student productions, I’ve built a strong reputation as a dependable Video & Audio Editor, Producer, and Set Designer. Professionally, I am highly efficient in sourcing large-scale, unique, and custom props and set pieces—delivering creative solutions for high-profile clients under tight deadlines. I’m especially keen to gain more on-set experience as a Runner and Art Department Assistant. I would love to continue growing in creative roles across film, TV, and branded content.
