About Ella Robillard

Throughout my time in the workforce, I have gained a wide variety of skills. My position as a summer camp counselor allowed me to gain conflict management skills through working with a large group of children of varying ages. Serving as a sales associate at Park Haus I learned the value of customer service in conflict management while applying time management skills. In this position, I was also required to carry out a number of clerical duties. Per shift I was required to answer at least six phone calls, assist 10-15 customers, enter customer profile information in Excel, and scheduling appointments. My position as Vice President of Community Relations in Delta Delta Delta sorority, gave me skills in budget management, organization, leadership, and versatility.
