About Ella Sieber

As a sophomore studying health sciences at the University of South Florida, I have a strong desire to create environments that are friendly, secure, and encouraging. I bring a variety of useful skills to every position I take on, including practical experience in water safety, facility operations, and customer service. I put safety and guest satisfaction first at Frank Brown Park in Panama City Beach, Florida, by teaching water safety procedures, enforcing pool rules, and completing Red Cross first aid and rescue training. As a swim instructor, I enjoyed fostering strong relationships and trust with the parents of the preschoolers while assisting them in learning the fundamentals of swimming and self-rescue. I currently work at Rizzetta & Company as a Clubhouse Attendant, where I make sure that the recreational and amenity facilities are run efficiently every day. Orienting residents, upholding rules to keep the place safe and fun, and assisting management are all part of my duties, which also include keeping the area tidy and welcoming. These experiences reflect my dedication to fostering safety, delivering exceptional service, and building meaningful connections with those I work with.
