About Ella Silverman

As an Account Manager with On The Stage software development, I leverage my near decade of experience working within a multitude of artistic roles in the theatre sector to apply past experience in technology to increase sustainability in the arts landscape for organizations, educational theatre, and individual artists. Making the arts more accessible to everyone emboldens and inspires me to work tirelessly in the name of democratizing technology designed specifically for creatives in mind.I have a Masters of Science in Leadership for Creative Enterprises from Northwestern University, where I practiced applying innovative solutions to deepen engagement and sustainability for the arts. I also have a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Theatre Directing and a Minor in Performing Arts Management from Columbia College Chicago, where I first developed my passion and vision for storytelling and directing. My progress has always been motivated by my innate sense of curiosity and interest in people, and I seek to make the creative landscape a more equitable place where everyone knows their voice is valuable.
