As a Learning Coordinator, I help individuals and teams navigate complexity in corporate learning by improving processes, building connections, and supporting the operations and logistics of our programming. My work supports people in solving immediate challenges while also building the resilience needed for long-term growth. I’m known for being a highly intuitive observer, a thoughtful analyst, and a trusted collaborator. Whether I’m coordinating a development event, designing a learning experience, or simply listening deeply, I bring clarity, calm, and connection to the spaces I support. My M.S. in Conflict Management and Resolution has bolstered my ability to analyze workplace dynamics, evaluate areas of strength to be leveraged, and develop strategic and long-term solutions for challenges. I’m committed to continuing to build my skills in conflict and change management to surface hidden patterns, reduce friction, and build resilient, connected communities at work.
