About Ella Stephan

For as long as I can remember I have always been outgoing and enjoyed meeting new people. Previous employers and educators have told me I display strong leadership and communication skills, which in turn have assisted me in developing long-lasting relationships in the classroom and at work. I often find myself seeking out opportunities where I can feed my current interests and skills, but also positions where I am able to improve upon some of my weaknesses. On-campus, I am the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion representative for my sorority, Kappa Kappa Gamma, this position gives me the opportunity to collaborate with various women from different chapters on solving problems related to diversity and inclusion in the Panhellenic community. I also work as a Campus tour guide at UNL, providing prospective students and their families with guided tours and information about the University. I am looking forward to furthering my professional knowledge and skills in the areas of marketing and management through internships, part-time jobs, and volunteer opportunities.
