About Ella Venables

As a designer at Primark, I create innovative and sustainable products for the fast-fashion market. I graduated from University of Westminster with a BA in Fashion Design, where I learned the fundamentals of design, textiles, and production. My core competencies include communication, teamwork, and marketing strategy, which I apply to every stage of the design process. Before joining Primark, I worked as a designer for Understatement Underwear, where I was responsible for all aspects of the lingerie, swimwear, and nightwear collections. I also worked as a product designer for H&M, where I designed women's swimwear for the global market. In both roles, I collaborated with various teams and stakeholders, such as buyers, merchandisers, suppliers, and customers, to deliver high-quality and profitable products. I am passionate about creating fashion that is accessible, affordable, and ethical, and I strive to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
