I have worked for multi-national corporate companies as well as small firms and have a wealth of experience working with people at all levels. My skills include developing and supporting bespoke applications as well as COTS such as SharePoint. I am proficient with SQL, HTML, CSS, ASP and my organizational and communication skills are excellent.My personable and approachable personality has enabled me to make people feel at ease at all level and this has been proven time and again during my career.Having worked on various projects as a team member and gaining the experience in developing documentation throughout the system development life cycle, I went on to qualify as a Prince2 Practitioner. One of my many hats includes developing and delivering training. I have developed online training materials using tools such as Adobe Captivate and the Articulate suite of products. This part of my career was sandwiched between delivering classroom training for bespoke applications to users across Europe and USA, and going on to becoming the technical lead on the company’s Learning Management System.Working in a service focused role, I am now specialising on Service Delivery and working towards attaining ITIL qualifications. I passed ITIL Services Operations exams in December 2018.My current position allows me to refine management skills as I lead a team of offshore manage service resources, ensuring that work is prioritised, and SLAs are maintained. A high level of support means that we have 99.9% SLA on incidents in addition to service improvements, system migrations and project work. Since 2016, when I took responsibility for SharePoint, the team has grown by 25%, SharePoint environments have been reduced by 50% and security process have been introduced. Part of my current role includes vendor management. As SME i am the key contact for the the vendors and am required to co-ordinate releases and updates to the systems.
