I’m a business development and data science professional with a unique mix of commercial, scientific, and analytical experience. Over the past decade, I’ve built and expanded international operations across the pharmaceutical and life-science sectors — bridging GMP compliance, data-driven decision-making, and real-world business growth. I currently serve as Director of International Development at VIST Labs, where I lead global commercialization of cryogenic microbial-reduction and packaging technologies for pharma clients across Europe and North America. My work sits at the intersection of science, regulation, and strategy — making complex systems market-ready and compliant. Before that, I spent nearly a decade in medical sales and compliance consulting, where I developed a deep understanding of patient care, diagnostics, and healthcare communication. Those years taught me how to engage people, build trust, and explain science in a way that connects. I’m bilingual in English and Russian (and conversational in French), and I’ve traveled to 40+ countries across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa, the Americas, and New Zealand. These experiences shaped how I build partnerships and adapt quickly in multicultural environments. I’m also a DePaul-trained data scientist — comfortable translating messy datasets into clear insights that drive action.
