About Elle Bui

Hi! My name is Elle, and I recently earned my Master’s of Science in Nutrition and Health Science from Pepperdine University, where I also completed an ISPP Dietetic Internship. I am currently studying for the National Registration Examination for Dietitians and working toward becoming a Registered Dietitian (RD). Through my academic and practical experiences, I have developed a strong foundation in nutritional science, improving access to nutritious foods, and promoting healthy, sustainable lifestyles. During my dietetic internship and part-time work at Alsana, I have had the opportunity to provide care for culturally diverse patient populations and a range of disease states/conditions, such as heart and kidney disease, diabetes, obesity, gastrointestinal disease, critical illness, dialysis, and eating disorders. These experiences sparked my strong interest in clinical nutrition and the role of compassionate, individualized care. I have always been passionate about serving others and fostering meaningful relationships. These principles guide me in all my endeavors and have supported me throughout my educational and professional pursuits. My goal is to support people in cultivating a positive relationship with food, their bodies, and their overall well-being.
