About Elle Degoler

I’m a graduate student at NYU pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics, deeply passionate about helping others improve their health through evidence-based, compassionate care. I’m especially drawn to the clinical side of dietetics and am energized by the opportunity to support patients at some of the most meaningful stages of their lives. Outside of the classroom, I’m grateful to be gaining hands-on experience in diverse clinical settings: • Volunteering in the NICU at NewYork-Presbyterian • Working as an OR/PACU Medical Assistant at US Fertility • Interning at a private dietetics practice • Earning my Nutrition Coach certification through Precision Nutrition, with an advanced specialization in Nutrition for Metabolic Health Each of these roles is helping me build a strong, well-rounded foundation as I work toward becoming a Registered Dietitian, with a focus on women’s health, metabolic function, and patient-centered care. Whether in a hospital room, clinic, or community setting, my goal is to empower people with personalized nutrition guidance that supports both their physical and emotional well-being.
