As an Operations Graduate at Tarmac, I have been working with different teams and departments to improve the efficiency, quality, and safety of our products and services. I have applied my mathematical and data analysis skills to identify and solve operational problems, as well as my employee training skills to share best practices. I have also obtained the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, which demonstrates my competence in implementing process improvement methodologies. Prior to joining Tarmac, I worked as a Shift Lead and a Customer Assistant at Tesco, where I gained valuable experience in customer service, team management, and inventory control. I have a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Manchester, where I developed a strong foundation in logic, statistics, and algebra. I am passionate about operations and data, and I aim to pursue a career that allows me to apply my skills and knowledge to optimize performance and innovation in the construction industry.
