About Elle King

I have great people skills as I have worked a minimum of 1 year at Flowerama, The Jewish Community Center, The Douglas County Republicans Party, and The Don Bacon for Congress Campaign. At Flowerama I was a sales associate. I mostly worked the floor and register, along with closing duties. I learned customer service skills there and can still make a pretty mean corsage! At The JCC I was a Fit & Sit Associate, summer camp counselor, and After Care Associate. All three of these positions were child care positions. My duties consisted of supervising children from ages 6 months to 12 years old, cleaning the area, and checking children in and out of the facility. At the Douglas County Republicans Party I was a Field Representative. In this position I collected voter data through door to door contact and phone calls. Currently I am with the Don Bacon for Congress Campaign. I originally was a Field Rep there as well, then starting in March of 2022 I moved on to be the Field Director. In the Field Director role my main task was recruiting and managing over 50 Field reps. This included managing their schedules, payroll, and attendance to work/events. In this role I also helped plan/coordinate events, staff the Congressman at events, and organize meetings. Starting in January of 2023 I moved into the role of Financial Assistant. In this role I currently help manage finances, field recruitment, office organization and planning/coordinating political events.
