About Elle Odonnell

I am a 2019 Dominican College graduate, with Communication Studies major and Psychology minor. During my years at school, I captained the DC Dance Team, managed the Thayer Gate Deli, worked in the development office at the Sisters of St. Dominic of Blauvelt, and was inducted into the Communication Studies Honor Society. I also had the opportunity to organize and host an original event on campus, which fundraised for the Alzheimer's Association. In February 2020, I started my journey as a Client Relations Coordinator with Thayer Leadership. From nine to eighteen years old, I performed as a member of Orange County Ballet Theatre. Along with annual our nonprofit organization held free performances twice a year for residents in three different nursing homes as a way to give back to the community. It was during this time I learned how much I love putting smiles on people's faces. I soon discovered the difference a delicious meal and compassionate service can make in the day of any individual. I am very passionate about art and creativity. I enjoy dancing, painting, playing instruments and being with my friends and family. I work hard in everything I do, and am always exploring the best ways I can use my abilities to make a positive impact on the world. My modus operandi: leave it better than the way it was found.
